Last month R came home from school with information about a Learning Fair at school. It is voluntary and Dh and I both said that it seemed like a great opportunity to learn something about a subject that interested R. We asked her what she wanted to do a project on and she said she wanted to do hers on How To Make Concrete. We asked if she was sure and she most definately was(what six year old girl wouldn't want to do her project on concrete;)
Dh and R took a trip to the local hardware store for materials and got to work Sunday morning...
R demanded they use Papa's redi mix truck...
R did such a nice job standing by her project and answering people's questions. She knew her stuff and was a "How to Make Concrete" expert:)!
